Skills, Experience & Expertise of CEO: 

U Thein Lwin is Founder and CEO of Value Growth Consulting Ltd. Prior to Value Growth Consulting Ltd. U Thein Lwin spent over 7 Years as CFO, Dy.CEO and CEO in different management roles in United Amara Bank from 2010 to 2017.

He also worked in IGE Group of Companies which is conglomerate business, over 7 Years as a Group Finance Director setting up the Accounting and Finance systems from 2008 to 2015.

Prior to joining IGE Group of Companies, he worked in Inya Lake Hotel, about 12 Years as a Financial Controller, managed by New World Management Ltd. (Hong Kong), Marriott International Ltd. (USA) and Dusit Thani Hotel Group (Thailand) from 1996 to 2008.

He also worked in ACE Data Systems Ltd. as system analyst programmer and lecturer for computerised accounting, about 3 Years from 1994 to 1996.

He also spent over 3 Years as Practising Auditor from 1994 to 1996 and 1 Year Auditing experience in Auditor General Office in 1987.

He also worked for Myanma Electric Power Enterprise, government organisation as a Finance Officer, about 7 Years from 1987 to 1994.

U Thein Lwin spent over 30 years in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Audit & IT areas performing in different management roles. He achieved his CPA in 1986 after developing his profile in various reputable firms with the B.Com qualification achieved in 1984. He obtained the Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) Certificate awarded by CFI, Corporate Finance Institute on 1st August-2021.
